Q: I lost a book from the library. Can I pay to replace it?

ANSWER

Patrons must pay to replace books from the library if the books are declared lost.  If you have lost a book, you can do the following:

Call the library at (434) 797-8555.  Let them know the name of the lost book so that they can update the book record in the system.

When the librarians have finished updating the records, go to the Business Office in the Wyatt Building (Location 14 on the attached campus map).  You should be able to pay the replacement fee there.
