All borrowers will receive an automated e-mail from the Circulation Department with details on the materials that have been loaned from the library with the dates that the materials are due back.

Overdue and long overdue items will also generate a paper notification that is sent to the address we have on file.

A reminder e-mail is sent as the due date approaches.

Four overdue notices will be sent at 7 day intervals. If materials are not returned after 3 overdue notices, a bill for the replacement costs of the items will be sent to the patron, and a hold will be placed on the patron's account.

Lost or damaged materials should be reported promptly. Overdue items and/or unpaid fees will result in the loss of library privileges. Unpaid fees will be submitted to the state for collection.
