I'm logged in, but can't access articles or journals. I keep getting a database error message or seeing the database company's log-in screen. What should I do?

Here are some steps to take if you are logged in with your VCCS credentials and still cannot access articles:

1. Clear your web browser's cache/history.

2. Clear existing cookies and set your browser to accept cookies.

3. Make sure that JavaScript is enabled.

4. Go back to the library homepage and try to access the resource again.
