How do I reserve a study room or media center for group study?
Answer
The library has a group study room (the Carter Room) that may be reserved for groups of at least two people. The table will accommodate up to five people and there are three additional chairs in the room.
The library also has two media stations for collaborative work. Each station has five laptops and each station may be reserved for groups with a minimum of two students. These stations may also be reserved by instructors for class use.
The media stations may be reserved for up to 7 days in advance and may be reserved for a maximum time of two hours per group. When these areas are not reserved, they are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
These areas may be reserved from the library’s web site https://www.patrickhenry.edu/library2018/1752-library-meeting-space
Please bring your library card or student ID when you come to the library to use these resources.
