How am I notified when I have overdue items?

Answer

You will receive an email a few days before the item is actually due informing you that it will either need to return or renew it. A week after the due date you will receive both an email and a letter informing you that the item(s) are overdue. These emails are automatically generated and will go to your RCC email account.
