Do I have to be a RCC student or Richmond County citizen to use the library?

RCC Libraries are open to the community. The RCC Library at Warsaw also serves as the Richmond County Public Library. Appointments are strongly encouraged. This will allow everyone to maintain safer social distance.
Both libraries offer curbside pickup for cardholders.
