Yes, you don't have to be a Reynolds employee or student to visit the Downtown and Parham Road Campus libraries. Community patrons may obtain a library card by bringing in a valid photo ID with proof of permanent address. Community patrons can borrow a maximum of five (5) items (books or popular movie DVDs) at any one time. If you would like to use a library computer, a library staff person will log you into a computer.
